Are you ready to learn how to recover quickly when everything seems to fall apart at the worst possible moment? After 10 years in business and launching the same offers for eight years, I introduced a brand new membership offer this week. In this episode, I share how a major issue during my launch, an unexpected technical problem, could have derailed everything. Instead, I recovered in just two days instead of the two weeks it would have taken me earlier in my career.
I walk you through the exact process I used to assess the situation, find empowering thoughts, and quickly move into action. I explain how I went from frustration and embarrassment to renewed focus, ready to fight for my goal. You’ll hear why stepping away from the stress, even for a few hours, can be the key to resetting your mindset when things aren’t going your way. I also discuss how having the right tools and mindset can turn a crisis into a valuable learning experience that will serve you and your clients long-term.
You’ll hear why it’s important to honor the setbacks, how they can help you grow, and why learning to manage your emotional responses to challenges is crucial for any entrepreneur. I also share the new Entrepreneur Coach Membership, a program designed for coaches who want to build a business while staying true to their values. If you’re tired of letting setbacks hold you back, this episode will show you how to turn them into opportunities.

Welcome to the Make Money as a Life Coach® podcast where sales expert and Master Coach Stacey Boehman teaches you how to make your first $2k, $20k, and $200k using her proven formula.
Hello, hello, hello. Hi everybody. Thanks for being with me here today, those of you that joined. My name is Stacey Boehman.
This will be a weird live if you’re just joining me for the first time, if you just found me and don’t know who I am. This will be a weird live. But I help life coaches make money in my 2k for 2k, 200k Mastermind, and 2 Million Dollar Group programs that I have been running for the last eight years. I’ve been in business for 10 years, but I was a general life coach before that. And actually, last year was my 10th year in business, and so I’ve been celebrating a lot of the wisdom that I’ve learned over the last 10 years.
I’m going to talk about a lot of tools at my disposal that helped with my, the recent obstacle I have faced in this live stream. And I’m going to put this on my Make Money as a Life Coach podcast because I really think this is a message everyone needs to hear, and I love being able to come to you all live and deliver this message kind of off the cuff.
And if you listened to this on the podcast and you’re loving the podcast, leave me a review. I would love to hear your thoughts. Okay, are y’all ready?
So after 10 years of business and eight years selling the same three offers essentially, I, on Monday, launched a brand new offer that I have been conceptualizing in my head for two years and that I spent the last two months working very hard on for with my entire team. Like all of our resources, other than managing our other programs going into this new offer. It was much anticipated. I had I have nurtured it very well. I have prepared people for it coming.
I’ve been super clear in my communications. This is one thing I excel at, just rolling things out and being very clear and letting people know what’s happening in my business when something new comes. Everything was prepared and ready to go, and I have been so proud of everything that I have created. I think my sales page is fire. And I love my offer. I am very sold on the Entrepreneur Coach Membership. And we launched it on Monday with a live stream, to which we had over 250 people on the entire time. So it was probably more because people go in and out, and it was a huge success.
Everyone was commenting. I told them to comment EC. You can do the same if you want the link to sign up or for more information on it, and people were commenting like crazy. People were trying to buy immediately. They said this was the thing they hoped that I was doing and that they’ve been waiting for me to do, and the excitement and the energy was literally more than I could have imagined and anticipated. And the entire time I was like, oh my god, this is exactly what it feels like to fulfill a dream. It is happening.
I want you to imagine, not all of you sell on webinars, but I want you to imagine that you bust your ass to create a webinar that you are so proud of. You put so much time and energy into it. You have hundreds of people on that webinar. You are nailing your sales pitch. You are sold on your offer. Your people are so excited. They are telling you they can’t wait to buy. That they’re running to buy right now. And then they start telling you that they’re trying to buy and can’t.
And you’re like, that’s weird. And then some people are like, oh, I think I can buy it. And you’re like, and someone’s like, it worked for me. And then people are like, it’s not working for me, it’s not working for me, it’s not working for me. And honestly, in business, I’ve been in business for 10 years, especially if you have a team, things happen, things don’t work. I’ve had things been that we tested the night before and then suddenly they don’t work the next morning.
Sometimes we can explain it, and we’re like, oh, it’s because this one little thing happened that was out of the sequence of things, and we didn’t realize it was going to create this chain of events.
And sometimes it’s like this was completely out of our control. So I got off my live stream because enough people were saying it wasn’t working that I was like, something’s wrong. And so I immediately slacked my team and I’m like, what’s going on, guys? Everyone was saying it wasn’t working. They weren’t getting theManychat link. They weren’t able to pull up the sales page. If they were able to pull up the sales page, they weren’t able to buy. What’s happening?
And at first my team had a theory, and then that ended up not being the thing, but ultimately what ended up happening, my team sent me the verbage and now I they texted it to me. I don’t have it on here. But essentially, our customer, like our email provider, we use Ontraport. It’s a CRM where all of our customer information is housed and it is linked to everything that we deliver. So when you sign up for the Entrepreneur Coach Membership and you receive a confirmation email, that happens because of Ontraport.
When you click the monthly option for the membership and you pay money, and then you get the confirmation email through Ontraport. Everything access to the member portal, through Ontraport. Everything is through Ontraport. They had what I if I can remember correctly, a DDoS attack on their external systems, and it was not just me that went down. It was hundreds of businesses. I have a colleague who also operates on Ontraport, and she was in the last two days of her launch, and suddenly people could not buy in when urgency is the highest and everyone’s trying to get in so they don’t miss out.
So the two points in your launch where things would be at an all-time high for purchases are the beginning and the end. No one could sign up. And like other tech outages that have happened over the 10 years in my business, this one was not resolved quickly or smoothly. So there have been things that weren’t working with Ontraport, like it’s had latency issues where it just delivers late. And those things have been resolved in a few hours.
This took days. And we are just now getting a confirmation that everything is working again and fully functional from Ontraport. But yesterday, we were also told that things were working and fully functional, and we emailed out our customers that things were working, and they were working, and then 15 minutes later they were not working.
And I put myself as a CEO, whenever we have a sales sequence, I put myself or my team puts me and my emails into the customer sequence. So I receive everything the customer receives from the marketing perspective, and then once they’ve purchased from the delivery perspective.
It was a disaster in my inbox. I went live at 10:00 a.m. to announce my offer, and I got the reminder for that live stream at 6:00 p.m. that day. Eight hours after the live was over. Emails came in and then came in again. Emails came that said things were working and then things weren’t working and then, oh, things are working again and oh, things aren’t working again. Disaster.
For someone who, even though this was completely out of our control, and there was nothing that we could do as far as, like, any of those things. For someone whose value is well planned and highly executed, this was not fun for me. That’s all I can say. This was not fun for me. I had to hold a lot of anxiety and a lot of frustration and a lot of things, a lot of uncomfortable emotions, like humiliation, embarrassment, like all the things.
So I want to walk you through because I think this could be, I have a belief in my business. I have a one-sentence that I have a couple of sentences. I’ve developed them over the years that I say to myself in good times and bad times. So one of them is this is just the beginning. And I say this to myself for everything. I make it fit for everything. I challenge myself to make the sentence fit for everything.
So I always tell my people they do webinars and they exhaust themselves doing the webinars and they tell themselves it’s the end of the selling and I tell them, no, it’s the beginning. So one of the things I’ve told myself is this is just the beginning.
It calms me down, it gears me up, it gets me grounded to do the work. Another sentence I have as an entrepreneur that is really powerful for me is I go first. I go often. I go with purpose. Which means I ask of myself to do things a hundred times prior to asking my client to do it once. I ask myself to do it a hundred times bigger than I’ll ask my clients to do it. So I lead the way. I act and show up empowering myself as a leader often and I do it with the purpose of knowing I will lead my people through it. And so that’s really powerful for me.
So the moment this happened, I knew this was always supposed to happen because the thing that I’m selling is a membership on entrepreneurial mindset and stamina and capacity and strength to do hard things because that’s what entrepreneurship is. And to do it aligned with coaching values and our whys and our mission as coaches, and to combine those two things. So I knew right away, I must lead on this. I have to go first here in this moment. That one day, I just imagined when this happened, I closed my eyes, and I breathed in, and I imagined that one day this is going to happen to one of my 2 Million Dollar Group students.
They’re going to have a multi-million dollar launch on the line, and something like this is going to happen. And if you have ever had millions of dollars on the line, or even for you thousands of dollars on the line, that is holding a level of pressure and uncertainty that most people are not willing to hold, and the mistakes can be very pricey. I remember my team actually made an error. We had a miscommunication last year, and it cost my company $200,000. And I remember at the time not feeling happy.
That is all I will say. Not feeling happy. But I had this thought, I go first, I go often, I go with purpose. And I really believe there is no way to grow into the millions and multi-millions of dollars of revenue without making hundreds of thousands of dollars of mistakes. That’s just the way it is. You’re going to lose money along the way, and that is part of the risk of entrepreneurship, and it’s part of entrepreneurship in general. Like you have to learn as you go. There’s no way to do it perfectly.
So you have to be willing to risk work and energy and time and emotional investment and time investment, financial investment, resource investment. You have to be willing to risk that, and you will risk it. That is part of entrepreneurship. There’s no shortcut. No matter how many mentors you have and how much you invest, you can’t pay your way out of failure and learning so that you gather wisdom. And one of the things as you ascend in wealth that you have like you can’t put money in the stock market if you’re not willing to lose it, for example.
One of the things when I started heavily investing in the stock market that our portfolio advisor, financial advisor said is like, we need to set up your portfolio based on your level of risk that you’re willing to take. And he said, so if you put this money in and tomorrow you were to lose half of it, would you be able to handle the emotional reaction to that? And would you be able to keep your money in and not panic and fight or flight and pull it out?
The same is true for entrepreneurship. Can you recognize that you just lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and instead of folding and closing up and dying of humiliation and disappointment and reducing yourself to a puddle of tears, can you pick yourself up, tell yourself this is just the beginning and keep going?
That is what is required. It’s such a big ask. It is managing an emotional, a nervous system response. It’s managing, it’s pulling up resilience, it’s expanding capacity to hold problems and things that happen that can cost you hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. I have also made million-dollar mistakes in my business. I’ve sold $45 million of coaching. I made a mistake three years ago that cost me $800,000. So I have developed, now keep in mind, over 10 years, I’ve grown my net worth by millions of dollars.
So it’s not that entrepreneurship is so risky that it will financially devastate you for life if you are investing and have a really good mindset and you’re developing your mindset along the way, but it is that you will make mistakes. You will make tax mistakes, you will make investment mistakes. That is part of going first, especially as a coach, but as an entrepreneur, going first, going often, and going with purpose, and not always having a direct road map, and not always being able to see the things in front of you or control them. And in this case, this was out of my control.
I thought it was perfect that this happened to me because I am literally going to build up my students when they join me in this membership, I’m going to build their capacity for failure, their capacity for risk, their mindset as an entrepreneur to handle these big moments, their stamina, their work ethic, their empowerment for everything that comes their way and their balance to be able to do it all and love their business and love their life. That is the goal. I do love my business. I do love my life. I just got off a call with some colleagues and a coach that I just hired and she was like, you are a completely different person than a few years ago. Like you look amazing.
And I’m like, yeah, I feel amazing. I’m enjoying my business. I love my business. I love my life. Even when really hard things happen and we lose lots of money. And I don’t know, people are telling me, oh, you’ll, you know, people are still going to sign up, but did we lose hundreds of people’s enthusiasm and the height of them getting their credit cards out of their purses and thinking about it and making that and signing up right then and there? Yeah, we lost that.
So instead of having the, you know, the wind at our back, we’ve got it in our face a little bit. That’s how you would feel, too, if you did a webinar and 250 people wanted to buy from you and then couldn’t for two days. You would also feel like the wind is in your face. It’s okay to feel that way. That’s a natural, normal human response. But here’s what I did about it. The very first thing, when this happened, I got on a team meeting right away. It was already scheduled, so I got on. My team’s informing me of what happened, and I took a deep breath.
In fact, I joked with them. I was like, you know how, like, you breathe into a paper bag? I was like, well, also if you just like put your, I put both hands on my face, and I’m like, if you, like you can do that with your hands. Like you can breathe through a paper bag in your hands. I also joked with them that I use the F word a lot to let the emotion out of my body. And so I need to say fuck a lot of times before the emotion leaves my body. That is true for me. My husband does not love that about me, but I express emotion. I’m an emotional authority in the human design, and I express my emotions through my thoughts.
But after that little moment to like have my reaction, I found an empowering thought and that is what you must do. It doesn’t have to be a good thought, it has to be an empowering one. And I taught this in an entrepreneur series course last year, that I asked my students, how empowering thoughts feel? I said, what’s the like, think about what emotions specifically empowers you? Like, what’s the emotion that gets you into empowerment, and how does that feel?
And so many people told me these amazing emotions that feel really great, and I said, no, that’s how you feel after you’ve empowered yourself. You’ve skipped an emotion. So, for example, they would tell me pride, and I’m like, no, pride happens after you empower yourself. You’re proud of how you handled it. The actual emotion that gets you into empowerment doesn’t always feel good. Right? Sometimes it’s courage. I can handle this. For me, one of them was determination. I will fight hard for this. I was prepared to do it. I’m always prepared to do it. I’m not above it. I’m not entitled to not doing it.
This is part of entrepreneurship. Let’s fucking go. I will fight for this. I know that about myself. I am resilient. But that takes like that, like, knowing you’re about to have to produce a fight when you expected to be celebrating and toasting champagne, that doesn’t feel the best. And it’s still true. It’s empowering, but it doesn’t always feel like rainbows and daisies and butterflies. So that was one thought that I found, is I’m going to fight for this. I know that about myself. I’m willing to do it. I’m not entitled to not do it.
I also believe truly that the people who were going to sign up for this membership cannot, like their signing up and doing this work for me, cannot be dependent on a two-day delay. Otherwise, they were not as invested as they thought. The people who are truly invested will fight to pay. I just had the same thing. I couldn’t pay my new coach, and I spent like days trying to figure out how to get her the money so that we could coach. I put a lot of energy as the client into making sure that happened, and I got in, and I was able to have my first call today.
So I believe that my ideal best clients for this room, who are excited about this room, will get in this room regardless of whether there was a two-day delay. I think about it like Taylor Swift concert tickets. If it sold out when she did like her in, you know, when you, I think there was like maybe a lottery or something. I wasn’t super a fan when she, like I didn’t really follow her when she was doing her Eras Tour, but I know they were really hard to get, and then you had to get them on the aftermarket. But the people that were her true fans that really wanted to be at that concert, paid triple the amount of money that they would have had to pay on the aftermarket to make sure they were in that room. They figured it out. My sister was one of them who took her daughter, and totally worth it.
So that was a thought I chose, is we I can’t lose the people that were meant to be in this room over a two-day lag. If they’re meant to be in this room, they’re going to get themselves in this room. That allowed me to breathe and be like, nothing has gone wrong. It’s okay. I mean, things have gone wrong, but in the scheme of things, right? Nothing is unfixable. Nothing has been broken that can’t be put back together.
Like that energy, I needed that energy. Then, me and my team really went to assess the problem, like the scope of the problem. One of the things I asked my team is, tell me every point of the customer’s journey, every point that is impacted from the moment I told them to comment EC, and that the Manychat would send them a link to sign up. Tell me every moment that is impacted by this Ontraport outage. I want to know how deep it is, and I want to know why it’s impacted.
So I want to know the scope of it so I can explain it to other people. So I understand what we could do to try to fix it. I could find workarounds. I have to understand the problem. So we had to find the root of the problem. Then we had to look at all the possible solutions and find which ones could be the simplest and most effective to implement immediately. So one of the problems was that emails weren’t going out or they were going out with dramatic lags and made no sense in the order that they were landing in inboxes.
So one of the things I said is if we don’t get this fixed quickly, I’m going to create a broadcast channel because I have to have a way to communicate with people effectively. That has to happen. So we can’t get emails up and going, like that’s got to be our thing that we do for emails. They ended up having that mostly fixed by yesterday afternoon, so a day and a half.
One of the other things I thought about is if they can’t get the pay form up, I was like, there’s got to be a way for us to like do an invoice payment and then, you know, get the person signed up, get them into the member portal, and then when the payment actually comes up, we can actually set them up on the membership, like when it works out.
But like we could get that first payment manually if we had to, if we get up to the date of, you know, like depending on how long this takes, if we’re getting close to the date of the first call, which is January 20th, then we might have to implement something like that and it could take us days and days and all manpower, but that might be what we have to do is we’re like, we’re not pushing back because I have content planned for the whole 12 months and we’ve got to figure this out. We’re not leaving people behind. And I’ve done like old school invoices before, so I’m like, this is surely we can do this.
So my team started researching different ways that we could take payment that weren’t attached to Ontraport and then ways that we could manually add people into the system to make sure they got into the member portal and everything that they needed. And so that we started creating plans. The entire time my brain is human and it wanted to fight this. It wanted to like melt into a puddle and cry. It wanted to be exasperated. It wanted to pity myself. It wanted to have a victim mindset and be like, this only happens to me, and of course, it happened to me and why me?
And every time my brain said, why me? I made myself answer it. Why me? Because you go first, you go often, you go with purpose. Why me? Because this is the point of what you want to teach people in the membership. Why me? So that you have the answer the next time this happens to anyone. Why me? So that you prove, like I really believe this, every time I make a goal to radically jump in wealth or revenue or, you know, do something big, I always believe that the universe sends me obstacles, my own personalized obstacle course so that I can develop the muscles I need to develop to become the person who’s capable of achieving the goal that I want to achieve.
And I have a big three-year plan. And so I was like, oh, I’m supposed to be the version of me who handles this really well with a lot of grace and a lot of power because I am proving that the goal that I want, I am the person capable of creating it. This is the first test. The universe is sending it to me and it’s pass or fail. Winning or learning. And so I decided every time why me, why me, here’s the answer, here’s the answer, here’s the answer. I came up with like 30 answers for “why me?”
Yeah, I’m going to extract value. I’m going to become more valuable because of this. We will now know that this is a possibility in the future. We’re now going to have backup plans in the future. Maybe we need to decide to not be on Ontraport anymore. Is this common? Like, let’s investigate this. What would it take to change? Like, why me? Why me? Why me? Here are the answers to why me that are empowering. Then I am human. So I also took time to process disappointment and anger and frustration. To say my fucks.
Yesterday, I had worked for six hours and my husband could tell that I was like, this is not like… emotionally exhausting maybe isn’t the right word, but it is requiring like this work requires a lot of emotional output, like a lot of emotional output. And my husband could see that I was, I needed a break and he offered me such a beautiful thing. He said, why don’t you go pick up Jackson from school and go take him to the zoo. It’s 57 degrees outside and tomorrow it’s going to snow and be freezing.
Why don’t you guys go to the zoo for a few hours, just you and him? And it was a little cold. It was a cold 57, but I decided to do it, and we only, we got there at three, and it closed at four. I called it Express Zoo. We ended up staying 30 minutes over there in closing time, but we were not the only ones, but we visited every single animal in the zoo. We ate lunch, and we played on the playground in our Express Zoo time. And I completely let go of everything in my business. I was so present with my kid, and at one point, I remembered, oh my god, this is the point. This matters. The other stuff doesn’t matter. This matters. This is the point of all of it. This is why I do what I do. Like this little guy, like this matters.
And also because it was like a spring-like day, made me think like there’s this concept of wintering, and I tend to get a little bit like, not seasonal depression, but I definitely have more energy when it’s warm outside. And it just made me think spring is coming, and with spring, there will be energy, there will be renewal, there will be vitality. And I just came home, and I was like, so grateful to my husband. And I told him, thank you so much. I was like, how did you see that? How did you see that I needed that bad?
We had so much fun. Like we just ran through the zoo. We had the best time. Jackson came home. I he’s never done this ever. He talked to Neil the entire dinner, recounting every single thing that we did. It was precious.
So that was amazing and really just got me into a completely different head space and this morning I woke up and I’m like, I am renewed. I am resilient. I found my resilient. I am ready to go again. I have ideas. Like I felt so clear. I came up with an entire like 20 point list of new marketing ideas that I had not come up with before, things I wanted to do to bring the energy back up for the launch. And I felt like energetically excited to do it and like this was going to be like the biggest triumph story there ever was.
So I got myself to the same energy as before. And I was thinking as we were driving home that I think many of my students would not allow themselves when the wind is in their face and the sales aren’t coming in and everything is broken, they would not allow themselves to go to the zoo for a couple of hours. They would punish themselves and say, you have to sit here and figure it out, you have to work harder. They would sit and spin because there was nothing we could do. There was nothing I could do except trust that it was going to get figured out.
But they would sit and spin in this like punishment, I’m not allowed to go let this down for a second. I’ve got to be doing something productive. I’ve got to be whatever it is, like the energy is, they would not let themselves go take two hours to go to the zoo and take the rest of the evening to just be with their family and get a good night’s sleep. I have a PEMF mat. So I did my PEMF mat, and I just let myself down-regulate from the emotional energy that was expended in all of it.
I remember when I first started doing this work, I sold a retreat out. Like, I launched a retreat, and I sold it out, and it had like 12 spots based on the sleeping arrangements. And then I had a ton of one-on-one clients that didn’t get to sign up before it sold out. And they all said, can you do another weekend? And if you do, I’ll sign up. So I booked another weekend, a non-refundable deposit. And I went to those clients, and every single one of them came up with an excuse as to why they couldn’t do it.
Actually, well, just kidding. And I’m like, wait, what? Like I put a deposit down like on your word that you were doing this. And for it took me two weeks, two weeks of swimming in disappointment and frustration and fear and uncertainty of not getting that deposit back because and it was like the rest of the money would be do as well. And that year I think I was only at like $150,000 or no, I think that was the year I made $325,000. So it was like a lot of money at the time in my business. And I it took me two weeks to process the disappointment and pick myself up and do this thing that I just did in two days.
So two weeks to two days. That’s the point of why this work matters, and doing it over and over year after year and being getting better at it and honing it and deepening it and letting it be more of you is that the recovery time is so much faster with way bigger amounts of money on the line. And I found that to be really powerful. Like I found that to be impressive, like a very, and by the way, after two weeks though, I did relaunch my retreat, and I sold eight of the 12 spots. And I was so proud of myself. I couldn’t even believe it.
And so I always believe in the power of relaunching. I always believe in the power of being able to pick energy back up and be able to commit and see the outcome all the way through for my students who have ever, if you’ve ever done a Revenue Challenge with me, whether my 200k Mastermind or when I sell it publicly, this is the energy I’m talking about. You could be halfway or a three-fourths of the way through your Challenge and not even close to your goal and how you recover from that and get yourself back up in your energy is directly impacts the result that you create and whether you achieve your challenge or not even when everything points to the fact that you’re not going to.
And so that’s the place I’m at, is regardless of how we started, how do I reconnect with this goal that I have of how many founders I want to begin this journey with is done. And I have to have that same enthusiasm and belief, no matter how we started and no matter how many days people couldn’t buy. So that’s where I’m at today.
So here’s what I’m doing moving forward. So part of my plan was today, I went live in my program, 2k for 2k, which has 6,000 people in it and kind of broke down the number one question that I knew people would ask, which is what’s the difference between 2k and the Entrepreneur Coach Membership. And I gave them an hour inside scoop of this is exactly, you know, what’s different. And then I’m doing this live stream here, and I came up with my list of at least 10 ideas to that were never going to, like, we already have marketing in place, but here’s 10 more ideas of things that we’re going to do. And so that’s what I’m going to do.
We start the first calls for the month of January in the Entrepreneur Coach Membership, that we’re starting with the Identity Series, and that starts on January 20th. So the people who have signed up by January 20th are my founders, and they will come with me on the Identity Series. And then the next month’s topic will be released the last week of January. I’ll start marketing that.
So in my mindset, I have already started to work, like, just align with the belief because I already believe it, which is if this launch had not even happened, I could still do the numbers I had wanted to do and get my founding members with just that launch because people are going to freak out when they find out what it is.
Like that’s my thought. And so I’m prepared to generate instead of, you know, I gave myself two launches because I wanted to be able to explain the membership and the concept and what you’re going to learn for an entire year in one week. Then I wanted to kind of decompress from that and listen to what people had said and how I might need to say things differently for them to understand the value. And then I’m going to go again with the next month’s course topic and release that.
And so I wanted to give myself two launches in the month of January to sell to my founding members and get my foot in the like language and the communication of this offer because I believe no matter how talented you are at selling and how experienced you are and how much money you make, you are still selling a new offer and you still have to develop that language and figure out how people need you to say it versus how you want to say it.
And so I’m in that process, and I wanted to give myself two solid weeks to do that. So I’m still going to be doing that. And that’s it. I can’t believe that I recovered in just two days after such a massive, like, I’m impressed with myself. I’m proud of myself.
And it has really made me double down on why this work is so important. My clients and the coaches I’m speaking to on a daily basis are not recovering this fast and this powerfully. They’re not using their obstacles and their setbacks to their advantage to create more value and help their students at a higher level. And it’s everything because it keeps you in such integrity as a coach. It makes you a product of your product, and it magnetizes clients to you when you are living and breathing the work that you ask other people to do. It’s so important.
Like we are supposed to be failing. We’re supposed to be going first, going often, and going with the purpose of helping others. We’re supposed to be risking more than we ask our clients to risk. We are supposed to be learning at a faster pace than they’re learning. Entrepreneurship is literally running off in a direction, and you’re not sure if it’s the right direction. It’s putting something together without having directions to put it together. That’s what it is. And there is great reward when you get really good at doing that.
So that is my lesson for you all today. I wanted to walk you through my process and reinvite you to the Entrepreneur Coach Membership. Yes, Tracea, such a masterclass on how to recover and recover well. Maybe that should be the title of this. I’m going to release it on the podcast. I might like that better than the one that I titled it. How to recover and how to recover well.
So join me in the Entrepreneur Coach Membership. All you have to do is comment EC and we’re going to change that mini chat comment, I think soon because apparently it sends you the link even if you have EC in a word that you type, which is so weird and who knew, but I learned something new for Manychat as well.
Or you can go to Staceyboehman.com/ec-membership/ and you will also have the link there.
You have till the 20th to sign up for the Identity Series in January. We’re going to be covering entrepreneur identity, coach identity, and leadership identity and I’ve never taught the things I’m going to be teaching. Some of the things, like there will be very few things that are crossover from things I’ve taught before, but most of these things are going to be new ways to look and think of yourself as each of these three identities that you are if you are a coach and an entrepreneur. And I’m going to be diving deep into the through lines to make them all work together instead of kind of pitted against each other and in conflict and having you in dissonance.
And it’s going to really set us up for the year of work that we’re going to do together to add onto those identities in a really powerful way. And then you can sign up until February 2nd for the February’s lessons, and then we’re going to close down for two months.
So if you want to be a founder and get in before April, you’re going to need to join by February 2nd to be in on the magic and the fun. And there are special founding bonuses that you get. You’re getting the, you’re getting, if you are a founder and you do the entire year with me, you’re getting some surprise bonuses that I’m not telling people, but they’re going to be incredible, and everyone will be jealous about. You’ll get those after you complete the year with me as a celebration.
If you’re a founder, you’re also getting access to a Mastermind I ran twice called the 25k group, focused on taking my students from 2k to 25k in revenue, which is like the second hardest part of entrepreneurship. And I one of the inspirations of this membership because I all of my containers, 2k, 200k, 2 Million Dollar Group, are very revenue focused. And I created this 25k group and I found myself at that income range, specifically, I found myself coaching on all the things I’m going to teach in the membership.
So because of that, I wanted to include that as a founding bonus. So if you join by February 2nd, you get 50, I believe it’s around 50 calls from two rounds of my 25k group and what I was teaching in there. Although this is an all-level course, we have multimillionaires signing up for this. So whether you’ve made $0 or you’re a multimillionaire, this, it’s all, like I’ve done this work at every single level in my business over the last 10 years. It’s just the better I get at it. I go from two weeks of recovery to two days of recovery.
And my next goal will be two hours of recovery. Like, boom, let’s just go. And then two, maybe two minutes of recovery, right? Like that’s how you make more money is your time is just used better and better and better. So you’re getting that.
And everyone that joins also immediately has in their member portal, Return On Investment, ROI, the Entrepreneur Series course that I ran last year to teach people how to think like an investor, how to create a return on investment plan for the membership and to make sure you get what you came for, how to extract value and how to think like an investor instead of a consumer and a student. And that will automatically be in your portal.
So if you did not take that course, you can take it for the first time. And if you’ve already done that course, this will be you getting to go again, and you will be able to extract things that you missed the first time. You will take the work deeper than you did the first time. You will be ahead of the game for everyone else because this will be your second look at it. I often sign up for things more than once so that I can take myself as a new version of me into that work again and get more out of it because I’ve become a new version of me.
So you will have that as whether you’ve done it before or you will be doing it for the first time. You’ll have access to that, and it will remain in your member portal as long as you are a student. And then you can join me in the Identity Series, and then you can join me in the next month’s content, which I will announce at the last week of January. So fun.
All right, I hope this was a really, like, I knew that this would be a masterclass. I hope you receive it that way, and “recovering well,” I love that language. Have an amazing rest of your week, and I hope to see you inside the new membership. All right, let me know if you guys have questions.
You can comment on this live stream if you do have questions, or you can reach out to my team at support@staceyboehman.com. All right, talk to you all later. Bye.
