Make Money as a Life Coach® with Stacey Boehman | One to Many Mastermind

What would it take to sell your offers without getting on a consult call? In this episode, I break down what it really takes to convert in a one-to-many model and why this skill becomes increasingly important as your business grows. I share the business readiness, mindset shifts, and self-concept changes that help coaches move from selling one person at a time to selling at scale.

I walk through the key skills required to sell without consults, including creating momentum, understanding buyer behavior, and communicating in a way that moves people to action. I also explain why selling in a one-to-many model is not simply about removing consults, but about learning an entirely different way of thinking about sales, marketing, and conversion.

I also introduce the upcoming One to Many Mastermind and share why I believe this is one of the most important skills coaches can develop on the path to multiple six figures and beyond. You’ll hear how this work connects to scalable offers, business growth, and building the capacity to create larger results without relying solely on proximity-based selling.

Welcome to the Make Money as a Life Coach® podcast where sales expert and Master Coach Stacey Boehman teaches you how to make your first $2k, $20k, and $200k using her proven formula.

Hi, coaches. I am so excited to chat with you today. I have been coaching my face off all day. I had my Entrepreneur Coach Membership call today. I had a, we do in our 200k Mastermind, they track revenue, and every month when they track their revenue, they get invited to a bonus revenue coaching call where all we do is coach on money. And yesterday, I had my standard weekly 200k call, and we also coached on money for two hours straight on that call. So I have just been coaching my face off.

And I am also working on my flip charts for A Day in 200k. I think by the time you hear this, that will be over, but I’m just immersed in this work that we do. The work of coaching and teaching, and it’s been so tiring and so much fun all at the same time. So I am really excited to record this episode with you today.

I want to chat about converting without consults. And I want to tell you about my One to Many Mastermind that is coming in 2027. And you might have already heard about it if you listen to the last episode, because it is actually going to be included in the 200k Mastermind.

I may sell it publicly, but I’m not promising. I told my current students, we were talking about the One to Many Mastermind, and I told them, honestly, I’m still building out the content, and I want to take the 200k apps and see who all has applied that I think is a really great fit for that mastermind, and then I’m going to make a decision if I want to open it up or not. So there’s just no guarantee. So the best way to guarantee yourself access to this Mastermind is to be in 200k. And when I do and if I do sell the One to Many Mastermind publicly, it will be $10,000. That is decided.

So you could just go all in and join us in 200k Mastermind, $20,000, the entire year, and you get access to this. It is a mini mastermind in the Mastermind. So it’s not going to happen in place of our 200k calls. It’s going to happen in addition over a 12-week period. I’m going to tell you more about that at the end of this episode.

But really, I want to tell you a couple of inspirations for this, and I also want to talk about converting without consults, mostly, on this episode.

Okay, so actually, let’s flip that, and let’s just start here. So I just feel like this is every coach’s dream, to convert without consults. If we had to all take lie detectors, you would be like, a life without consults is an amazing life. Seriously.

Okay, so I do this, by the way, when I get very tired and slap-happy. I love to just sing what I’m saying. Okay, so here we go.

Here’s what you need to know about converting with consults. The first thing is I do feel very strongly that your business needs to be ready for this, okay? So essentially, what you’re doing is you’re taking what you already do on a one-on-one consult, and you’re just doing it in a scalable way for the masses.

But if you’ve never done a one-on-one coaching call, then number one, you don’t have that experience to take that process and make it scalable. But the reason you want to start with that, because I think about this all the time, you could just, and I’m sure there are entrepreneurs who do that, that they just sell straight to a sales page. I always teach you from this perspective of I want you to make big money fast. And the fastest way to do that is to sell one-on-one coaching and to offer consults so that you could meet one person, one whole human in your life.

They could already be in your world, or you could be introduced to that one whole human from somebody else in your world. And all it takes is for you to sit down and have a one-hour conversation with them and make your coaching tools and your skills shine, and now you have a client who might pay you. You could charge $2,000, $5,000, $10,000 out of the gate. Proximity coaching is always the highest-valued coaching to people in the beginning. Like, if you don’t have a reputation and a process and intellectual property that people are also buying, and it’s just live human-to-human contact is always going to be the thing.

Like, even if my business, I was talking to my husband about this. I’ve said this on the podcast before, and apparently, the haters think I’m totally full of shit.

And I’m not. If I lost everything tomorrow, what would I do to make money? I would get out of my house, I would go to a networking event, I would find four people or 10 people, I would offer to coach them for $10,000 or $20,000 or whatever it is. I just know, originally I said if everything was gone tomorrow, I could make $40k in a month. That number, I feel like it would be so much higher. I feel like I would sign clients like crazy if I walked into any business networking event and started talking to them about their business, and I could probably sell $100,000 coaching packages.

Listen, you can think I’m full of shit all you want, but I’ve been doing this for 11 years. I’m really freaking good. If I sent an email out today that said I will coach you one-on-one for a year, and it’s $100,000, I would sign people, okay? Now I’m being sassy.

But that’s what I would do. I know proximity sells, so I would go out, I would introduce myself to someone, I would talk to them, I would tell them about what I do, I would make it compelling, I would say let’s get on a call on a one-on-one call. I would pitch them a very premium, very customized offer, and I would close them. That’s what I would do.

If I had nothing, if I had no podcast to lean on, no email list, no social media following, that is what I would do, which is why I teach you that from 100% integrity. And because it’s just the easiest way to get a client to say yes, is if you’re willing to get on the phone with them. That actually is the easiest way to get them to say yes, is just get on the phone with them, talk to them one-on-one personally. Right? How often do we get furious when we can’t get a real human on the phone? We’re like, “Speak to a human.” It’s the easiest way, okay?

So that is why I say you really want to have business readiness to go into converting without consults. You want to have gotten really good at doing that and made a lot of money along the way. That is my suggestion. You don’t have to take it, but that’s my suggestion.

Sell the highest proximity thing that you could sell for a lot of money, get on the phone with someone, close them. When you do this enough that you start noticing I’m closing 50% or more of the people I talk to, when your marketing is starting to bring people in a way where, the amount of coaches that I talk to at the high level, they’re like, “I just can’t take any more consults.” Like they keep coming in and I just don’t have any more room. I’m marketing, I’m coaching my clients, I’m doing consults, I’m closing those consults. Like, I don’t have to just shut the funnel down. And I’m like, “No, no, no, let’s start selling in the one-to-many model.”

That’s the time to do it. That’s when you’re ready. When you’re closing a high percentage of the people you talk to, when you’ve got lots of consults on the books. When you’re going to sell an offer, maybe you have a one-on-one practice that’s moving and grooving, and you’re at 20 clients, you’re full, and you’re going to launch a group. And maybe the level of interest for that group is you’re going to take 20 or 30 people and you’re just not going to do 20 or 30 consults.

Now, I will say for the very first 200k Mastermind, I did more than 30 consults. I sold it over three months, got on the phone with every single person one-on-one because I’d never sold it before. And so I wanted to hear real people talk to me for an hour every time I did it. So I got 30 hours of real coaches talking to me to frame everything else I sold the next round, and from every round after in the one-to-many model.

But maybe you’re like, okay, I’m going to make this, I’m going to sell this membership, and there’s no way I’m going to get on the phone and spend an hour closing someone on a $297 offer. So at some point, your business model, your demand, your experience, all of that will collide to a point where you feel like I’m ready to stop taking consults.

Okay? And the other caveat is you want to be in the place where you are ready and willing and financially capable of saying no to anyone who’s not willing to buy that way. What? That’s a big one. I can’t believe I almost forgot it.

You have to be in demand, girlfriend. You got to say no. When I launched 2k for 2k, I was just telling someone this the other day. The amount of people that slid in, I was hardcore because I was very focused on, I didn’t want, I wanted to really master this concept, so I didn’t even chat with people in the DMs. And I didn’t have a customer service.

Like right now, if you have questions, you can email in customer service, and we’ll help you, and we’ll answer all your questions, and the ones that they don’t know how to answer, they’ll send to me, and so we’re able to do that now. But I didn’t have that back then. And I was very focused on scaling in a very lean way, so I didn’t even respond to DMs when people asked me questions about the program. Can you believe that?

I remember this one person, I hope that they’re still around and listening because it’s so amazing. This one girl sent me a question about 2k for 2k. I didn’t respond. She sent a follow-up. I didn’t respond. She sent me her thoughts and what she was trying to decide upon. I didn’t respond. I think she sent me seven total messages, and on the eighth one, she said, “All right, I sold myself. I bought.”

And that was a beautiful representation of that moment in my business at that time, when I didn’t have a big team and I was really focused on really mastering selling in the one-to-many model. I was willing for people to say no and to not buy my offer because I wasn’t going to get on the phone with them, and I wasn’t going to have a chat in the DMs about it, which felt like it was going to end up in the same situation. I wanted my sales page, my webinars, my emails, my social posts, my live streams. I wanted those things to close people. And the only way to do that was to be ready to say no to anyone that couldn’t be closed that way.

And over the years, I had people get very upset with me, especially with my 2 Million Dollar Group because it was a huge investment. I’ve offered it for different investments and in different capacities in different ways with different offers over the years, but at one point, it was a $100,000 offer, and I was not getting on calls to close people. And I remember people would email in, and they would be like, “Well, if you’re not going to get on the call with me, I’m going to go work with someone else.” And I’d be like, “Okay.” Because I’m teaching you how to sell in the one-to-many model. How can I do that if the way you buy is through a consult? To me, that felt like the highest level of integrity. So I was just like, it’s cool. I’m willing to let 100k walk out the door.

Right? And I still made lots of money, just, by the way, but I was willing to let people walk out the door from 2k all the way to 100k. So that’s the readiness you want to have when you’re converting without consults.

Then there’s the mindset shift. The mindset shift is, are you all ready? I say this a lot, but I really mean it. People buy when they really want it. People buy how you tell them to buy.

Did you know that people don’t actually know how it’s supposed to go? They don’t actually know. I’m suggesting you start with consults. They don’t know what it’s supposed to be and how it’s supposed to be.

So people will buy how you tell them to buy. I guarantee there are people in your audience now who have bought something from personal development, whether it’s a book or a course or something, without ever speaking to another human. They would do that for you, too. But you have to believe they will. You will have to believe that they will buy how you tell them to buy and what you tell them to buy.

It’s my ultimate belief that people buy what I sell them. I tell them what I’m selling, and I tell them how to buy it. And they will buy it.

Now, that doesn’t mean you sell things that aren’t valuable. It just means if you are committed and you love your offer and you’re selling something that you are genuinely convicted about, and you think it’s going to change the world, and you know you can help your person, and then you tell them the only way to buy this, it’s like I have the cure for cancer. The only way to buy this is to check Apple Pay. Apple Pay’s the only way, Zelle, or what if it was a Venmo? Because people, I do not, I don’t have Venmo, and I will not send people money on Venmo. I won’t sign up for it. It doesn’t have bookkeeper access, so it’s a no. So I make people come up with other, I’m the one that’s the firm person, of I won’t buy unless it’s, unless you have something other than Venmo. And people will want the money so bad, they’re like, okay, I’ll sign up for Venmo, or I’ll sign up for Zelle, or I’ll sign up for, I’ll take a check or whatever.

But if you were like, let’s go back to the cancer analogy. I have the cure for cancer or the cure for something that you have, right? That’s really painful and really terrible. I have the cure for that. And the only way that you can get it is if you buy through Venmo and you check out on the sales page, or you check out on this, you know, buy page, or whatever it is. I don’t do consults, and this is the only way to pay me. If someone really wants it, they will do it.

That’s why you’ve got to be though at the place where you’re in demand and you really mean it. But people buy how you tell them to buy.

Now, the other mindset shift that has to happen to start converting without consults is you also have to understand buying behavior in the one-to-many model. So I just had a friend who is not a coach, who is launching her first one-to-many offer, and I have been in the voice memos with her, and it’s been giving me a lot of inspiration for this mastermind because I’ve been showing her how you have to communicate, how much you have to communicate, what you need to communicate, the energy required to get people moving in mass. And it’s been, like it’s been a really fun experience, but there I’ve really noticed how it is a mindset shift understanding how buyers buy in the one-to-many model.

Right? When you are not offering them a consult, they buy differently than when you do. They need to hear different things. They have to hear them in a certain frequency. They have to have you communicating it.

Like so, for example, the average, I think Google did a study that the average person now has to hear your offer 11 times before they ever make a decision to buy from you. So they hear about it once, and then they’re like, maybe, and they hear about it again, they’re like, maybe, and they hear about it again. They need to hear it 11 times before they’re like, yes, or no.

And people only see about a certain percentage of your social media, a certain, you know, they only open a certain percentage of your emails. And so it’s not that you only have to make 11 offers. It’s that your offers have to get through to them, and they have to see them 11 times. That’s like one example of that.

And people don’t, they often underestimate the energy required to get that person and the amount of visibility and offers that you have to make and how much you have to show up to get someone to see that offer 11 times and make the decision to be a yes. So I think about this as the energy required of the salesperson to get people moving in mass, the amount of output that you put out into the world to get people moving in the numbers that you want. This is all a mindset shift. And there’s probably a million along the way, so this is the one I’m the most excited to get in and coach on with people, but it’s a whole different way of thinking when you understand the one-to-many buyer.

So that’s the mindset shifts that have to happen. And then there’s the business skill you have to develop to get off of consults and start converting in the one-to-many model. The first business skill is that you have to be able to build, create, however you want to call it, selling momentum. This is where, let’s say, you launch something, and a few people buy. You’re in an open cart. Let’s say your open cart’s one week, and one person buys on day two, and one person buys on day three, and a couple people buy on day four. And that is not, it’s like a few people buy, a few people move. And that, to one of two things can happen, either people die out, and that’s all you get, or you create a wave of buyers from that.

Most people do not know how to create a wave of buyers from that. Now, a lot of it is like steely capacity and mindset to not be unnerved from that. But there is actually skill that you develop to get that wave happening, right? It can either, you can either have sales increase or decrease after you, you know, your day one of open cart, okay? So that’s a skill.

The other skill you have to develop is the skill of well-placed urgency. I have been coaching people on this in my 2 Million Dollar Group for years because I’ve always told them, like this is an example of this. I, it never works on me, and it never works for me to sell on fake urgency or to push too hard into urgency.

So I had a client years ago, and I just happened to see her marketing online, and she’s like, “Five spots left, four spots left, three spots left.” That doesn’t, it just doesn’t really, it doesn’t work for me. I can’t do that. But also, I don’t think a lot of buyers respond to it. The buyers who do respond to it are not always your best buyers. They’re real, like when you’re like doing five spot, like when we launch our one-on-one coaching upgrade for 2k for 2k, we have an upgrade available. We only have a certain number, and it’s highly in demand, and it typically sells out within a few hours or within the first day.

I never say we have 20 spots left, 18 spots left, 16 spots left. And I’ve told my team they can’t do that either because I don’t want someone buying based on, now we do tell them, once this sells out, it sells out. This is how many spots, but I don’t want someone buying because there’s only two spots left, and they’re like, “Got to grab it. I don’t even know if I want it, but I got to grab it.”

And I think that sometimes it feels forced, and people also notice that, and they’re like, “Oh, well, the alternative thought they could have is like, well, it’s probably not going to be me anyways.” So understanding what well-placed urgency is and how to execute it and how to see it all the way through is a skill that helps you convert without consults.

And then also, being dynamic is a skill. And the way that I think about being dynamic is taking something heavy and making it light. That’s one of the ways. So I was just coaching a client in my 200k, and she has something that when her clients come to her, they feel very heavy with it. And she was like, and I know that I’m doing my webinars in sort of this, because I know how important it is, and I want to help them so bad, my energy comes off very serious and very heavy. And I’m like, “No, you have to make them laugh right away and make it light instantly. They’ve got to be like, oh my God, thank God I came to this webinar.”

And I made a joke, I won’t tell you what it is, but I made a joke. And I was like, you know, it doesn’t have to be that, but some flavor of that. It’s like whatever, and it made her laugh, right? And I’m like, whatever makes you laugh, you’ve got to make them laugh, you’ve got to make yourself laugh, you’ve got to make it light.

Being dynamic is also about commanding attention and commanding the stage. You have to be able to be captivating and keep people riveted, keep their attention. And you have to be so confident that nothing throws you off, your clean energy. That’s being dynamic.

That is a skill I developed over seven years of selling mops in Walmart, and why I think I teach it so well. And there is a specific focus that you’re going to develop when it comes to the one-to-many selling, where you’re going to have to be very focused on keeping every, keeping people watching you in your launch, essentially, keeping people engaged, keeping people’s eyes awake, grabbing and then keeping the attention once you start selling, like keeping people on that part. That is a skill.

And then there’s a skill of converting small-ticket offers and big-ticket offers, and it’s a little bit different for the big ticket versus the small ticket. That piece is very important because not everybody, like I had someone email in, and they were like, “I’m very interested in the One to Many Mastermind, but I’m not selling a small-ticket offer. I’m not doing like a $2,000 offer.”

It’s like, great, I sold a $100,000 offer without a consult. We do whatever you want. Right? If you’re ballsy enough to do it, if you decide, I’m willing to let people walk away and I believe I’m in demand and I think I’m ready, let’s go. But how you sell a $100,000 offer without a consult is very different than how you’re going to sell a $297 offer. And you need to know how to do both, or you need to know the difference, right?

Whichever one you’re doing, you need to know, okay, because sometimes what you see is if you, for me, if you’re following me, and you see me sell the Entrepreneur Coach Membership at $297 a month, and then you see me sell 2 Million Dollar Group, and you don’t know the very intentional way that I’m doing both, you might mix those two together. And be like, “Well, she did it when she sold 2 Million Dollar Group, and I really love that, so I’m going to do that for my membership.” But maybe that only worked for the 100k buyers, and it doesn’t work for the 2k buyers or the $297 buyers. They’re like very different buyers.

And so we’re going to talk about that in the One to Many Mastermind. And then another skill that you have to develop to get off of consults is holding space for big revenue on the line and being able to work through that and be trying to get that wave and momentum of buying happening.

This is one thing I was talking to my friend a lot about because her, her offer was open for five weeks, and I was telling her, which our Day in 200k was also open for a while since it was a full day. But I was telling her, I was like, long sales cycles are very hard because of how long you’re holding space for the potential money on the table. No matter how sufficient from abundance that you’re coming from, your human brain knows how much money you think is on the line, and the longer that sales cycle is open, the longer you have to hold that.

And then if it’s a short sales cycle, if it’s only a week, that requires a whole different dynamic as well because you’re having to really hold it, but it has to happen hard and fast. And a lot of times, people don’t get themselves up for troubleshooting fast enough and implementing troubleshooting quick enough to make a difference by the end. But I’ve taken something like 2k for 2k, I sold once, the very first 2k for 2k Live that we offered, we, I think we were, we were open for a little over a week, and five days in, four days in, like more than halfway through, we were only at 18 sales. But I was able to come hard and fast with the troubleshooting and create that wave of buyers that take that momentum from being very slow to very big, and we ended with 106 buyers.

What? That’s a skill. You have to develop that. You have to work on that.

There’s also a skill on seeding and building excitement. That also comes from your mindset and your conviction and many things contribute to that, but I like to think of it as it’s an actual skill of seeding something and doing it well.

And then there’s the skill of creating words that sell. And this is a skill I really want to warn you, AI is never going to develop for you. I don’t mind if you, I literally don’t care anymore. I’m not, I’ve had a very strong anti-AI stance, but I’ve been very open and exploring it. I’ve even used AI for myself recently, and I’ve even used it to help with my messaging. I’m going to talk about that in A Day in 200k.

But what I don’t do is let it write for me because it will take away your voice, and it will be very subtle. I actually played around with this. I was like, “Okay, help me do this and write some copy.” And I remember how many times I had to direct it and how many times I almost didn’t catch where it was taking away my voice and inserting its own. It’s so subtle. And I remember at the end of it, I was like, “Oh, this is pretty good.” And then I’m like, “Wait. Oh my God. I see it right there. There’s, that line tells me this is AI. I know it.”

And the more you do that, the more people are going to be like, “Oh, it’s just AI.” And what people are saying, if you see all these posts that are written in AI, and you go to the comment section, it’s all people being like, “Oh my God, it’s AI.” Really, what the buyers are responding to or the followers are responding to is it’s like you’re trying to engage me without actually putting any effort in. And so I don’t feel seen. I feel pushed aside. I feel unseen. I feel like you don’t really care. I feel like you’re like, the buyer is responding in a certain way to this.

It doesn’t mean you can’t use it for many different things, but I really want to caution you while you’re trying to figure out your voice and your messaging at scale. It’s got to be yours. You can’t be producing words at scale from a computer. It’s got to be words that sell at scale but are your words in your voice and the most potent form, not it writes an email, and then you go in and edit it because until you are very clear on what your voice is, until you’re very clear about what you do say and don’t say and why it works and why it doesn’t work and what’s you and what’s, you have to be so clear. Again, otherwise, subtly, AI will present something to you, and you will say, “Oh, that’s so much better. Oh, that’s so much smarter.” But it’s not in your words, and it’s not in your voice.

People don’t want perfection in writing. They want to hear from you. So you have to figure out how do I write words that sell at scale, not how do I scale the volume of words I put out? And you do that through copy on your sales pages, your emails, your social, but your words that sell.

Okay, and the other thing you have to have, there’s one other thing that you have to have if you want to convert off of consults, and that is a self-concept, which is very similar to the mindset shift, but I do think it’s different when we’re talking like, you know, just having thoughts versus having an identity of yourself. So the identity you have to have of yourself is that people will want to work with you bad enough, you are valuable enough to people that they will buy without a consult.

When I was selling $100,000 coaching without a consult, my belief was my value is strong enough, and I’m explaining it well enough on podcasts and in emails that people will pay me 100k for this offer. I can sell this way. I am capable of selling this way. You might need to think I’m capable of figuring this out because I think it’s so hard.

The hardest thing you’ll ever do is learn how to close that first client on a consult, and the second hardest thing you’ll ever do is learn how to close that first client without a consult. But that’s what it is.

So you have to believe even when it’s hard and even when it’s not working that you’re capable of figuring it out and that you can sell this way. It’s not like certain people can and certain offers sell this way and certain niches sell this way. People told me when I started my 2k for 2k funnel, I have a funnel. You can still get access it on my site. It’s a five-day free training to teach you the three simple steps to make money as a life coach. You just go to staceyboehman.com and click like make money, and it’ll send you through that funnel, and it’ll give you that five-day training.

And people told me that you can’t sell a $2,000 offer, 2k for 2k, through a funnel. It’s just too high of a price. And then I sold $12 million of 2k for 2k through that funnel. So you absolutely can. My belief is any offer, any niche could be sold through a funnel and without getting on a consult.

So you have to believe, “I can sell this way.” My business could operate this way. I’m capable of figuring it out. I think that is an identity.

I also think you have to have the self-concept and identity of “I can be this big and take up this much space in people’s news feeds and in their email inboxes and be this relentless in my selling.” That’s a real good one to think about. Most people, when they are doing their first going out into the world to sell in the One to Many Mastermind, the thing that makes them fail the most is how much they hold back for fear of being too big, sending too many emails, posting too often, being too visible.

I even had a client recently in my 2 Million Dollar Group who was learning to sell in this way, and he even had some friends who were very uncomfortable with that. And some clients who were very uncomfortable. And the other thing is while you’re learning this, your messaging isn’t quite solid, and so sometimes people respond to that. But you have to be willing to go all the way through that and be like, “Yeah, my messaging is going to be messy. Yeah, I’m going to say some things that people are going to not resonate with, or I’m going to have an energy about it that people aren’t going to like, or people aren’t going to like that I’m being so big and taking up so much space.”  And I’m doing it.

And the other self-concept that you have to have is that you’re a thought leader, that you are a big-ticket coach. You are one for the masses. This is still one I work on to this day, and I’ve been selling in the one-to-many model for eight years now. But one for the masses is one that I’ve, I’m including here because I constantly work on this for myself. My brain offers me all the time that I’m not for the masses, and I’m not super likable, and you know, I rub people the wrong way, and lots of thoughts come at me when I’m out in the world. And now I’ve been through cancel culture, so that is always in the back of my mind.

And I want to keep showing up for my people, and I want to keep being big, and I want to keep taking up space. And I actually believe that my message should be out in the masses, and I am and can be one for the masses, and so I keep moving forward. And the deeper I believe that, the more acceptance I have for that, the more visibility I create.

So that’s it. That is how you convert without consults. You create business readiness, you get your mind and your identity right, and you build the skill.

Now, I gave you lots of things, but not because it can’t be simple, but because there’s so much opportunity to fix things if it’s not working for you now. So if you have been working in the one-to-many model and it’s not been working, there’s so much opportunity to fix it. And if you’ve never done it, I just want to compel you that we’re going to cover a lot of ground, and you’re going to learn a ton that’s going to help you with the skill set that will become an asset for years to come in your business.

Okay, so here is why I feel so passionate about the One to Many Mastermind. If I haven’t already told you on why I feel so passionate about it and why it’s so important and I’m so excited about it, I will tell you. I believe this is the first essential skill that you develop on the way to millions, and I want to help coaches make millions. And this year and the next year, like the next 18 months, are really about me doubling down on every foundational thing I think coaches need in order to succeed at that level, before I ever open up 2 Million Dollar Group again.

This is the first essential skill. It is the first skill that bridges the gap between six figures, multiple six figures, and seven. If there was one skill that’s going to take you the furthest, it’s this one. It’s part of what I call the pre-scale. So getting the business ready to take on a windfall of clients.

Sorry, I can hear my daughter crying in the background. I’m like, ah, it’s the worst when you’re recording a podcast and you can hear one of your kids crying. It’s lovely. Because here’s the deal. You can’t take a windfall of consultations. So if you want a windfall of clients at scale, if you’re wanting to jump revenue pretty quickly, you have to get off consults.

And now you might already be selling without consults. So some people are going to come to the Mastermind, and they’re going to be getting off of consults for the very first time. But many of you might already be selling without consults, but you’re just not closing at a high rate. And I’ve even watched coaches who were very great at selling in the one-to-many model, and then buyer behavior shifted ever so slightly, and then they started taking consults again.

And that just shows me, unless you’re doing that to filter who comes into your room, like you want to speak to them personally before they come into your room, because it’s a high-level room. Unless it’s for that reason, if it’s because you’re finding you’re getting people closing there and they’re not closing as often anymore in, from your sales page, from your emails, that’s a skill gap because when buyer behavior shifts, and it requires more of us to sell, it doesn’t mean, “Oh, I need to go back and convert back to the easiest way to sell and start closing on consults.”

What it means is you need to double down on your skill of being able to convert people in the one-to-many model. You have a gap. You’ve just got to be better at it. Right now in the world, I do think we’re being called to, I was just talking to a client. I don’t think it’s because there’s a trust recession. I actually don’t think it’s because of the economy. I think we’re required to have a bigger and better skill set in selling to the one-to-many simply because people are distracted, they’re inundated.

I just read something from Instagram where they were saying that we used to be able to choose our space and what we saw in our news feed, and then the way the algorithm developed over all the social media platforms is that it started learning your behavior and then showing you things and feeding you things. And then it got to the point where people don’t feel now like their feeds are even theirs. It doesn’t feel like an intentional curation of things they want to be experiencing and seeing and people they want to be following. It’s just like ad, topic that I may have engaged with once, now I’m getting flooded with it.

I started watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and I clicked on one thing, and I had to text a friend because I was like, “Holy hell, the Real Housewives algorithm is so intense. I have to get off social media.” Every single thing I saw from then on out was Real Housewives, Real Housewives. I mean, it was wild, it was aggressive, it was not anything about what I wanted my feed to be. Like one video, and it was over. That was all my feed was.

So people are starting to feel a little bit like they don’t want to be on social media because it doesn’t feel like an intentional space for them anymore. They have now created, you can go to Instagram and learn about this. It’s a new feature. They just talked about it today. And he was saying how like now they’re moving back towards people being able to choose their feed because it’s really, I think it’s decreasing people’s engagement. They just don’t want to be there. Oh, Mosseri, Adam Mosseri, M-O-S-S-E-R-I. Anyways, if you’re not following him, he’s the Instagram guy.

So anyways, it’s not a trust recession. The coaching industry has never actually, it’s at the highest. It’s like a 5-point-something billion-dollar company. It’s growing like crazy. So the coaching industry is not down. I don’t think there’s a trust recession. Maybe for some people, especially if you’re a business coach, for other people, I don’t know. I don’t think those are the reasons that some people have felt like it’s harder to start, you know, converting without consults.

I think it’s that people are distracted and inundated, and they’re not seeing what they want to see. And when you know that, and then you know how to break through that, you start making a lot more money, and you’re not having to get off those consults. So whether you want to get off consults for the first time, or you’re already selling without consults, but you’re not closing at that high rate, it’s a skill gap, and you need to focus in on that skill gap. If you feel like your engagement from start to finish could and should be higher, this is going to be the room for you.

And if you can successfully sell via webinars, social media, your Manychats, sales pages, emails, funnels without getting on the phone, the next step is having the scalable offer to put clients into that offer at scale. That’s the two biggest parts of the prescale that I do with my 2 Million Dollar Group students, is we get you a scalable offer, and we teach you how to sell that offer at scale. And we’re going to laser in on both of those in the One to Many Mastermind because I’ve realized this skill gap or this skill need is starting to show up for coaches anywhere from 100k to a million or more.

I have, I have also have worked with people who are making, who have made like a million or 2 million dollars, and they’re selling one-on-one coaching, and they’re getting on consults. They don’t have a scalable offer. I’ve also have clients in my 200k who are at 100k, but they’re selling straight to a sales page.

So the gap is so big, and based on my minimum requirement of revenue to join the 2 Million Dollar Group, I wanted to teach it in the 200k room. I want people to get more prepared and be kind of creating their prescale in 200k. I want to help people get better. I want to help people, whether you’re trying to get off consults for the first time or you are wanting to sell better and not go back to consults, it just felt like I want to open this space up. I want to introduce my 200k Mastermind students to this space and sort of bridge the gap between 200k Mastermind and 2 Million Dollar Group as well, right? Bridging the gap between multiple six figures and seven.

So you don’t have to have a scalable offer to partake in this, but I do want you to know we will be talking about scalable offers and from this perspective. I have a client who runs a close proximity group, but she, and she runs it straight to a sales page, but sales are always coming in slower than she’d like, so we’re going to address things like that. But the entire 12 weeks, I’m going to be teaching you how to think in the one-to-many model, how to think at scale, and the skills to go out and actually do that.

So you’re going to learn how to stop taking consults and sell directly to the sales page through emails, through webinars, through live streams, through your TikTok, whatever you use. You’re going to learn how to sell with less proximity and what those skills are to get better at, to improve when you don’t have proximity.

How to move people through your sales cycle faster. Ideally, when you’re scaling, you want to have the skill of someone meeting you today and buying from you today. Cold people will convert immediately. They can go from I just found you to you’re my person. I bought from you. In a day, immediately.

You’re also going to learn how to break free from underselling and underperforming in your launches. If that is something that has been a chronic problem of yours, we’re going to end that permanently. We’re going to get people to move all at once together in the time frame you tell them. And then you’re also going to learn how to grow, but also utilize your current audience to get people showing up and buying when you tell them to buy, how you tell them to buy.

And again, I’m going to be coaching this at the multi-million dollar level, at the multiple six-figure level, clients who feel stuck in the 100k range. Again, but they’re already off consults, and they want to dial it up. Clients at six figures or even seven, wanting to get off consults. If you are hearing this message and you actually join the 200k Mastermind and you’re really excited about this mastermind, know, all 200k students are going to get this, but I’m going to be live coaching and very focused on 100k earners up who are, their businesses are positioned and ready for this. They have the business readiness.

But everybody can listen in. I actually think it’s going to up everybody’s sales skills. Even if you’re selling to consults, if you’re on Instagram, if you’re doing webinars to someone asked me today, can you actually do webinars to get people to do one-on-one coaching? I’m like, “Absolutely.” So there’s going to be a lot that you’re going to take, even if your goal isn’t this year to get off consults or next year, because we’re going to do it next year. But if your goal isn’t to get off consults, you’ll still be taking so much from this room. So I’m going to let everybody listen in, but we’re going to coach the people who are actually moving off of consults or already off consults in this 12-week period.

I don’t know the exact dates that we’re going to run this. I’m still creating the content, I’m still working on 2027 schedule, but ideally, I’m going to run it starting in either February or March, sometime in that time period, February, March, April. That feels like the time that I want to run it. So I just want you to prepare. It’s not happening right away. I want to bring my 200k students in, I want to go through Mastermind Week, I want to get the five-step process down, I want to get coaching, mentorship on that. We’re going to do a revenue challenge, we’re going to do the three-year planning, and then sometime after three-year planning is when we will start the One to Many Mastermind. It could be as early as February.

And again, I may or may not open this up to the public. So if I do, you’ll hear about it next year, and it’ll be $10,000. Otherwise, you’re guaranteed to be able to take part in this in some way when you join the 200k Mastermind and have a year of mentorship with me. I think it behooves you to do this because when you join 200k, you’re also going to learn PSPR selling. You’re also going to have access to my webinars course, you’re going to have access to my email marketing course, you’re going to have access to my launches course. So you’re going to have access to so many things that are going to give you additional context for the One to Many Mastermind, that the value is going to be through the roof.

You can still do it. It will be still taught in a way, if I do open it up to the public, where you won’t have to have those things, but the value of investing $20k for the whole year and getting access to everything, I mean, it’s a no-brainer. So if you want to get in now and be guaranteed to get in, you can apply for the 200k Mastermind. We are going to have a high-earner experience.

I just, in my ECM, I think my second person I coached was my client who was at $5 million, and he was like, “I’m going to be the first to apply for 200k.” And I’m like, “This is what I love.” Millionaires will figure out how to get in a room and get the coaching that they need. He was like, “Oh, I don’t care at all. I’m in. I’m so excited.”

So there’s going to be a high-earner experience, there’s going to be a high-earner room. There will be people at your income level trying to do the thing that you want to do. You’re not going to be like the sole person. But if you want to join us, you can go to staceyboehman.com/200k-mastermind

Y’all, listen, I hope that this was not too chaotic and I was able to stay focused, and there aren’t any weird gaps where I was saying one thing and moved on to the next.

I have heard my kids hooping and hollering and crying in the background this entire episode. I recorded this after our nanny left because I was behind in my day, because I stayed over on some coaching calls, which is fine. But this is why I try not to record podcasts at the end of a day because I can hear my crazy kids hooping and hollering in the background. Hopefully you didn’t and hopefully I stayed on thought.

All right, I hope you have a beautiful week. I will talk to you all soon. Join me in the 200k Mastermind. I cannot wait to do the One to Many Mastermind. I’ll see you inside.

Hey, if you’re ready to make money as a life coach, I want to invite you to join my 2k for 2k program; where you’re going to make your first $2,000 the hardest part using my simple five-step formula for getting consults and closing new clients. Just head over to StaceyBoehman.com/2kfor2k. We’ll see you inside.
